Their major business is to sell the fuel to Thai windmills. They sell various fuels in much type of industries such as rubber factory, paints factory, ice factory. By running this business, Thai Heng Li Hlee Partnership Limited found that it was an opportunity to import the other chemical products. At that time, they have limited competitors also. Thai Heng Li Hlee Partnership Limited had business visiting to a factory in Japan and they had become a sale representative of Calcium Carbonate under Hakuenka trade name from Shiraishi Calcium Kaisha Co., Ltd. Of Thailand. Hakuenka product has become well known as the high quality product including the other chemical products. They also imported ICI from England, fuel and WITCO Valsaline from U.S.A.

In 1972
China has started their relationship and foreign trade with the other countries. Thai Heng Li Hlee Partnership Limited decided to import White Oil from Chinese government directly. Consequently, Thai Heng Li Hlee Partnership was the first one to import Chinese Chemical and the other following products.

In 1973
Thai Heng Li Hlee Partnership Limited expanded their business increasingly. Then, they registered to be a company limited namely, Petch Thai Chemecal Company limited on September 7, 1973. In the meantime, they builted a new warehouse for keeping addition imported chemical products in order to use for many kind of industries such as rubber, paints, ink, candle and also imported perfume for using in soap, shampoo, powder industry including ammonia anhydrous, chlorine, anti rust product and cool petrol for ice factory and freeze room.
